HyperShell was founded on the belief that getting dedicated people with complementary expertises to work together for a common goal could result in unlimited potential and possibilities.
It was on this basis, that a computer engineering expert and a CAD engineer founded HyperShell in 1990.
During its first years of operation, HyperShell developed a number of industrial and management software applications. In 1995, HyperShell hired management consultants and set up an engineering department.
In the years that followed, HyperShell developed new productivity-enhancing tools for the design and management of technical drawings.
Taking advantage of market opportunities, particularly in the thermal energy sector, HyperShell launches the Design and Technical Drawing division, which specializes in the design of layout and detail drawings for OEMs.
Over the years, HyperShell has carved out a place for itself in the Thermal Energy sector by establishing numerous long term and successful business relationships with industry leaders.
GCM Consultants, a Montreal-based consulting engineering firm describing itself as a “one-stop shop” for technology engineering, acquires HyperShell's three divisions.
The Hypershell Technology division redefines its strategic vision and becomes KuriosIT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCM Corpo. KuriosIT aims to make its mark on the industrial sector with its team of technology enthusiasts.
